This 3rd term has been extremely busy in P3/4. Our P4’s worked incredibly hard preparing for their 1st Communion and were outstanding on their special day carrying out their parts to perfection. Our PE sessions continued with Cahir who had lots of fun and challenging tasks to help us develop our skills. We also had a red and white day to support Tyrone Ladies on their Ulster Championship campaign. We had an amazing trip to the Armagh Planetarium where we learned all about space and the stars. In Art we produced replicas of Van Gough’s ‘Sunflowers’ to get us in the mood for summer. In WAU we have been working on ‘Minibeasts’ and produced Explanation genre writing pieces to explain the life cycle of a butterfly. We continued our ICT lessons online every Tuesday with Nicola, producing pieces of digital storytelling, word-processing and animation all related to our topics. And of course we had a fantastic day at sports day. We definitely have been BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!!!!
In our final few weeks we look forward to having lots more fun times together especially on our school trip. We’ll let you know how that goes.
