P6 got their hands dirty when working with Cookstown Council. the NI Environment Agency and Queen's University Belfast archaeological fieldwork students. They were on the hunt for evidence of prehistoric and early medieval activity. The P6 pupils also got a tour of teh fort and learned al little bit more about archaeology and the history of the site.
