Cycling Proficiency
Congratulations to our P7 pupils who successfully completed their Cycling Proficiency Programme and passed both their written and practical assessments today.
Over the past number of weeks, the children have worked hard to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to stay safe while cycling on our roads. They should be very proud of their achievement.
A special word of thanks must go to our parents and families for their support and cooperation in transporting bicycles to and from school throughout the programme. Your assistance has been greatly appreciated and has helped make the programme a success.
We hope the children enjoy putting their new skills into practice over the summer months. As they head off on their bikes, we encourage them to continue following the safety advice they have learned, always wear a helmet, and remain aware of other road users.
Well done, everyone! We wish you many happy adventures and safe travels on your bikes.
