We are absolutely delighted to celebrate the incredible fundraising efforts of our pupils, families and staff this Lent in support of Mary’s Meals. Together, we have raised an amazing £500 – a truly wonderful achievement that will make a real difference to children around the world. 💙
📚 Reading Challenge Success
Our Reading Challenge raised an impressive £221, helping to support our school focus on reading while contributing to a fantastic cause. A huge congratulations to our lucky winner Padraig in P2, who won 4 VIP passes to the Ritz Multiplex Cinema 🎬👏
A special mention to Eimear, who pulled the winning ticket on her birthday – what a lovely way to celebrate! 🎉
💰 Class Fundraising Efforts
Each class showed great enthusiasm, creativity and teamwork throughout the month:
- P1/2: £27.40 in loose change
- P3/4: £52 in loose change + £50 from their shop (Total £102 🏆)
- P5/6: £32.37 in loose change + £36.42 from their shop
- P6/7: £52 in loose change + £28.81 from their shop
A huge well done to P3/4, who raised the highest amount this year with a fantastic £102! 👏
💡 It has been wonderful to see so many of our pupils become young entrepreneurs, setting up their own shops, creating and selling items, and working hard to raise money. Their creativity, teamwork and determination have been outstanding.
